Job description
We are currently looking for 2 Business Developers Consultants experienced in ICT and Digital Industry, to join our company in our Milan office, from December 2016/January 2017.
Tasks:
- Set-up and attend business meetings in the domestic market
- Quarterly sales reviews
- Own client portfolio management
- Understand the capability, benefits, and competitive advantages of B Human services by identifying new business through research
- In coordination with Sales Management, identify, qualify, develop, and close sales opportunities
- Promote and educate clients regarding B Human services
- Appropriately manage client expectations in conjunction with the Project Management Team
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics or Marketing
- Excellent English and Italian communication skills (written and verbal)
- 4+ years of sales experience in ICT and digital industries
- Proven sales life cycle experience – lead generation through business closing
- Proven track record in achieving sales targets
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Effective time management skills
- Update and management of the sales funnel via internal CRM system
- Previous experience in marketing as a plus

Contract:
Free lance (P.IVA), commission fee on sales (quarterly target budget to reach).
